An awesome Professor at K-State said to us today something along these lines -
Worry will not change what happens tomorrow, but it will steal your peace and joy today. --- Dr. Morcos
He was a great speaker and he told the incoming Freshmen to call their mothers every week - or grandma or a sister or an aunt, some female member of their family! I really appreciated his words of wisdom and his humor. I wish the talk had been taped to I could listen to it repeatedly!
